Thanks to the worldwide agreement that has just been signed,
the over 900 dealerships and authorised workshops of the historical
Florentine motorcycle company will use TEXA solutions for the diagnostic
and repair activities.
A new, important, worldwide agreement was signed in the field of motorbike diagnosis. As of today, the network of Betamotor dealerships and authorised workshops, more than 900 in the whole world, will use TEXA solutions, more specifically the Navigator TXB Evolution vehicle interface along with the IDC5 BIKE software,
to carry out official diagnostic activities, identify and repair
malfunctions, as well as to perform the maintenance and control
procedures on the on-board electronics.
The Betamotor brand, born
in Florence over one hundred years ago and specialised in the production
of enduro, motard, trial, alp bikes and minibikes, adds to the other
prestigious collaborations that are already active with: AJP, Benelli Q.J., Bimota,
Brough Superior, Ducati, Fantic Motor, F.B. Mondial, MGK Hellenic
Motor, Moto Morini, MV Agusta, SWM, SYM Italia, Padana Sviluppo, thus confirming TEXA’s record and great experience in this industry.
Mario Giacomella, TEXA Bike and Marine Product Manager, stated:
“Betamotor is a historical company and renowned worldwide for the
quality and reliability of its motorcycles. The choice of TEXA as a
technological partner further confirms the excellent work done up to
today. The field of motorcycle diagnosis, of which – I am proud to
recall – we were the forerunner in 2001, evolves quickly from an
electronic point of view, simply consider the recent introduction of the
ARAS, the advanced rider assistance systems. For today’s maintenance
activities it is essential to have tools like ours that are able to
quickly identify every type of malfunction with maximum precision.”
