TEXA REASSURES ITS CLIENTS ABOUT HEARTBLEED RISK
Heartbleed, the dangerous software bug that has creeped its way into OpenSSL package, the most widespread open source software dedicated to the protection of online sensitive data, in the last few weeks has worried millions of users and software experts worldwide.
A considerable part of internet services that we use on a daily basis, from email accounts to social networks, has been compromised by this bug, which potentially puts passwords and access data for credit card numbers, used to purchase online, at risk.
TEXA would like to inform its clients that their exchange of data with the services offered by the company are absolutely safe, because these procedures are not, except for specific cases in which the version is not affected by bugs, based on OpenSSL, but on other technologies that are made up of powerful software capable of encrypting and continuously checking the inviolability and integrity of TEXA services.
