The KONFORT 750R is fully automatic and makes the entire recharge process quick and easy. Once you have selected the make and model, the KONFORT machine automatically performs all the necessary operations, including oil and UV tracer injection. The refrigerant is recovered with maximum efficiency and any possible issue is indicated by clear error messages.
The KONFORT 750R is designed for maximum practicality. Routine maintenance tasks like changing the oil and filter-hydrator are quick and easy. Extreme precision is guaranteed by an electronic refrigerant scale that operates to a maximum weight error of +/-5 grams (0.18 Oz).
The same scale automatically and continuously monitors the station’s own circuits for possible internal leaks.
Thanks to a dedicated APP, the stations communicate with Android and iOS smartphones, so that operators can follow the progress of the service and charging procedures also remotely.
The technician receives a notification in case of faults and when the service is complete. The new APP also allows you to view and manage the performed maintenance services easily, even when the station is turned off.
TEXA’s operating software operates according to the strictest standards in terms of precision and accuracy. Thanks to several connected sensors the TEXA software can perform recharging operations with unmatched precision. Automatic procedures help you service the most sophisticated systems, including those found on the latest hybrid vehicles.
The Konfort 750R is equipped with 5.7”TFT display and comes with a removable memory (SD card) to communicate with a Windows PC. This is needed to update the vehicle database, check and certify maintenance operations, and upgrade the software

Every Konfort unit is fully checked and inspected when (change to before) it leaves our fully automatic assembly line. Electronic systems undergo specific checks and pressure transducers, scales and sensors are accurately calibrated to ensure precision.
Final testing is carried out in a sealed area where helium is injected into the unit’s tank and hydraulic system.
Helium is used in this test phase because its particularly small molecules allow even microscopic leaks to be detected. TEXA’s production line is certified to manufacturers’ standards by TÜV. KONFORT 750R conforms to American UL safety requirements as well as SAE standards J2099 and J2788.
